I really dig 50 Languages. At first, I figured French would be a tough nut to crack; it seemed wild and all over the place. But grabbing those 50 language MP3s turned out to be the smartest choice I could make for learning. The pace of the recordings, plus having two different speakers, is just right for honing my listening skills. Sure, it took a heap of effort to get to native-level stuff, but 50 Languages helped me reach that goal. Now, I'm diving into Russian with the same program and I'm still just as thrilled.

I suggest this mobile app to all my students, and I use it myself too. What I really like is the ability to record your voice and review your pronunciation afterward.

Awesome method for picking up a language when you're short on cash for books. And really, why would you? This approach is fantastic! Big shoutout to the creators!

This course is fantastic! I'm currently picking up Turkish. The lessons are organized really well. The pronunciation is clear, and the exercises are top-notch. Young folks (ages 6-35) can easily remember the phrases. However, older learners like myself (53) should have a grasp of some basic grammar before diving in. It's designed for beginners. A great way to spark interest in a new language!

I've been working with 50 Languages to learn Greek. It's a fantastic audio program, especially if you already know a bit of the language and are looking to brush up.

I gave a few online courses a shot. When it comes to Latvian, there aren't a whole lot available. This one is simply fantastic! I'm definitely gonna use it for picking up my next language too. Huge thanks!

This platform is a great place to begin your journey in learning a new language from scratch! I really like that the lessons are brief. When I reached out via email regarding a few small errors, their response was super quick.

I went to download the mp3 version, and once it finished, it popped up saying it couldn't be opened since it doesn't exist. So, yeah, I'm pretty bummed about that.

This is truly one of the top-notch platforms for language enthusiasts. To kick things off, it doesn’t cost a dime. On top of that, it’s a super useful method to pick up new languages. Simply toss phrases into the 'learning plan' feature and focus on the ones you wish to master.

The app and website are truly fantastic; they utilize an excellent teaching method and provide it at no cost. Unlike other companies that charge for learning resources that aren't very useful, this platform really stands out. You can tell they've put in a tremendous amount of effort, and I believe it's benefiting everyone. I pointed out that one language pair was missing the French component, and they corrected it for all 100 files in under a day! Big thanks to 50languages.com!!

This is a fantastic platform and app! A ton of effort has gone into it, and everything is available at no cost. I'm gradually becoming a polyglot, picking up new languages alongside the ones I already know, and making improvements here and there. That said, there are a few language pairs that get a bit 'out of sync' because different versions of the main file are being used. After a certain point (around lesson 70-80), one sentence might be missing or added in one language, which throws off the flow for the subsequent lessons. For instance, the teacher in language 1 might say phrase 75, but the student in language 2 responds with sentence 74, then the teacher goes to 76, and the student is still on 75. It's a bit annoying, and I ended up having to tweak a bunch of sound files to fix it. A little more checking and maybe some regular updates would be beneficial, plus a way for users to give feedback (some of us would be happy to help out with these issues).
